wiring up a cutout

so i bought a cutout from a friend of mine and it dosent have the harness. are there any diagrams that show how to wire it up? im not an expert at wiring but i im no noob. could anyone tell me exactly what i need to do?

Is it two wires coming out of the cutout or four

Two wires. What I assume is just power and ground. But I'm not sure how to wire it into a switch to open and close.
