Non-Adjustable Borla Hi everyone,
I'm a long time reader, but this is my first post. I've done some searching for info about the NON-adjustable Borla Cat-back, but I havent found a thing. Does anyone have this setup? Is it fairly quiet? I had Borla on my last car and loved it, but I don't really like the idea of one set of tips flowing more exhaust than the other, as it would with the adjustable version. Nit-picky I know.

yeah its the xr-1 muffler i believe go to www.centuryperformance.com they got **** pretty cheap there just got 3" borla adjustable put on my car and i absoulutly love it. ive yet to run the open plate got the smallest one on right now and it still sounds really good.
I saw a BORLA PRO XS muffler the other day at a local muffler shop for the f-body for 160 bucks. It looked pretty good. It's supposed to be a direct replacement for the stock muffler. I have the adjustable cat-back and run it fully open; I might change the plate next week when I get my catted Y pipe and SLP lt headers.
I dont think he is just talking about the XR1 muffler. I believe he is talking about the borla system that does not come with the "cutout" and plates, all the exhaust goes through the muffler like on any other cat-back.

SS Girl, I'd ask you if it was too quiet, but if you wanted a turndown then apparantly any muffler at all would be too quiet for you! Any idea how the sound would compare to the Corsa?
