I'm getting ready to put a Tick SNS stage 3 cam and ported heads on my car and I'm debating between keeping the LS6 intake and. Stock TB or going to a BBK intake and 85mm TB I can get the BBK for a really good deal

Keep the LS6 and port/polish the stock TB. That's my opinion.

Your call really man. The BBK and larger throttle body will give you a few more ponies, but is the price tag worth it. I mean your are looking at 10-15 more hp max if you switch. At the same time the intake ways about 20lbs more than the ls6. Your call.

For the same deal probably you could just about get a used Fast 92 intake & TB & sell your LS6 to offset the cost.

The BBK intake is port matched to the ported and polished heads and after I sell the LS6 intake I will break even if I decide to go that route which I'm pretty sure I'm going to do
