Misfire solutions

Misfire solutions I have a elm327 and the torque app on my android. Monitoring my cylinders im seeing misfire counts on #1 and 6, especially 6. This was seen during my dyno tune last week. So far ive changed both coils and replaced both wires. The plugs are fresh tr6 plugs. What else should I check for..im thinking my injectors might be at fault since they are stock. Any other suggestions are welcome.
1st...I would double check those plugs, pull them and see if there is any damage, cracked insulator etc. Make sure the wires are not touching the headers, snapped on all the way, one click at the plug, two at the coil pack.

Im going to check the plugs in the morning..maybe those 2 are just bad.
As for the elm/torque app.. i freaking love it. I wish i could add more pages to have more gauges but i got more than enough on each page to show good details in realtime.It shows hp,tq,rpm,tps,coolant temp,timing adv,knock,boost/vac,o2's,maf,map,misfire per cyl,mpg,fuel cost per tip,fuel flow,inj pulse width,roll meter,pitch meter,gps tracking the list goes on.and its fully custom with gauge types..colors,low and high warning thresholds per gauge. I highly recommend it to anyone with obd2 and a compatible smartphone..I got 3 other friends hooked on it.

I found out both 1 and 6 plugs were indeed cracked.So I replaced them and seems that number isnt reporting any misfire counts but Im still seeing counts on #6.Im going to start looking at injectors and see if they are measuring high impeadence or not flowing correctly

You could try moving number 6 around, see if the misfire follows that injector.
