Default Poly engine mount orientation

So I'm coming down the stretch with my AI forged 347 build and I need to know if my motor mounts are aligned correctly. The drivers side has the long pin pointed back towards the tranny while the passenger side has the long pin pointed towards the front of the motor. Sound good?

the tabs on the mounts need to be facing up or else the motor will be off centered a tiny bit and youll have to swap the mounts on with it all in the car. ask me how i know lol

Thank you. That's exactly what I needed to see. That is how mine are aligned. Great looking motor BTW!

****! Well now I know why my motor is off center in my k-member! Damn I'm not excited about having to flip my mount over on my passenger side :-/. Got my motor/k-member in the car and the passenger side is just slightly higher than the driver throwing everything outta whack. SHIIIIT...it was such a bitch to get the the motor mount bolts lined up with the k-member out of the car I can't begin to imagine the nightmare I'm in for flipping that mount over in the car.

Speaking from experience....IT BLOWS!!! I ended up having to unbolt the passenger side pedestal, take the drivers side motor mount bolt out, and jack it up as high as it would go to get the passenger mount out. Enjoy!!

Thread resuscitation

Double checking my motor mount alignment. The Prothane instructions say to have the tabs mounted upwards on both passenger and drivers side.

Driver's side has the long tab toward the back of the car, and the passenger side long tab is toward the front
