5.3 swap... more problems...
I also have a problem with it not throttling up when it is in drive. When in park or neutral, it has no issues revving up, but when in drive, it will drive around ok, but when I put the pedal to the floor, it does not do what it should. I was thinking maybe it could be the throttle position sensor? Maybe the fuel pressure has something to do with this issue? But if the fuel is the problem, why does it act right in park/neutral? Maybe it is an issue with the VSS? It is hooked up with a Dakota Digital pulse generator...
Sometimes swaps go well, sometimes they don't... And I have had one hell of a time with this one...
