Issues with idle

Issues with idle I have been experiencing some issues with idle. Is usually after driving for 30 min that my idle will start getting higher and higher until it gets to 2000rpm with the A/C on and 1500rpm with the A/C off. I cleaned the IAC and the MAF. But that did not help. Once the idle is at 2000rpm is doesnt go down unless I turn the car off. oh and its not surging either, so its usually high or normal but it doesnt surge from high to normal and then back. My next item to check is the TPS but I dont know if thats the problem?
