TPS showing 2% at idle. It will be showing zero but soon you crank the car it shows 2%. Tried different things, re-flashed PCM, cleaned the TPS, and tried another TPS. Still same result, checked grounds, and connectors. Nothing has been changed on the the car. Any ideas?
