Anyone using Stainless Works LT's?
 

I'm considering either QTP's or Stainless Works LT's,

They do not show them on their site but CHP add says they are out.
Anyone using them?? Feed back please with of course any problems in install ETC..

Yup, I have the SW catted LT's installed. Great set of headers, and ultra-high flow RT cats. Installation is straightforward; no removal of the alternator, steering shaft, etc. is needed.

For the $$, they are the best 304 SS headers on the market.

I have the non cat LT's with a 3-1/2" pipe into their straight thru muffler; outstanding quality.

anyone have a dyno on these?

No, I added them after having FLP's, H/C setup so no real way to know what they are contributing. They 'feel' a lot stronger than the FLP's, but not sure how much of that was going to a 3-1/2" pipe vs 2-1/2". Much easier to install, clears the drainplug with ease ( flp's are right on the plug )

I'll have mine on by tomorrow afternoon. Can't wait! :D

i just recently installed qtp headers. I really like them!

On a 2002 ss with an airbox lid and off road y pipe (the car had the OR y before we added the headers) we picked up 31 RWHP and about 28 FT#-headers with off road y pipe vs. manifolds and off road y pipe. The owner was very happy with them and said the SOTP gain was very noticable throughout the RPM range.

I just ordered the Stainless Works LT's with the catted-y for my '02 Z28. Looking forward to the install. Nothing better than a Saturday afternoon filled with bloody knuckles and flying wrenches. :D

Does anyone have any experience regarding the performance of these with the 2 1/2" collector vs. the Kooks or QTPs with the 3" collector?

Check out my post here for dyno results with the SW headers. I've never had Kooks or QTPs on my car, so I can't really do a comparison for you...

Thanks for the info. I had read your post and I saw a post with similar gains from the Kook's so it looks like they are comparable. I am curious if anyone has any back to back or general information on the effect of collector size.
