How quiet is a Hooker Max Flow?

How quiet is a Hooker Max Flow? I'm looking at doing a 4" single over the axle system on my Camaro and ditching the dumped 3" Borla with crappy merge. I want the car to be quiet enough to not get tickets but I don't want to completely kill it out. I've got magnaflow on my T/A which I'm happy with but I seen that these 4" Hookers are half the price. How quiet exactly would it be compared to the Magnaflow bullet? http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ho...9hkr/overview/
Also I plan on putting it in the stock location just with a hidden tailpipe on the driver side. Think it'll be a good choice?

I run them on both my LS1 cars and they're quiet in general driving but really open up at WOT. I've run a bunch of different exhaust setups and I've been happiest with the Maxflow.
Of course, cammed and 4" is going to be a different animal than bolt-ons and 3".
Do a search for "Maxflow" on this forum and you'll find some of the early threads that convinced me to go with it, with pics, sound clips, etc.
