did a swap in a 1997 chevy truck and had a small procharger inter-cooler under the bumper, it wasn't enough so i went to a eBay inter-cooler and a narrower radiator. so my question is how are you guys mounting non stock radiators?

are those rubber grommet mounts absolutely necessary or can you make like some metal tabs and bolt it all together?
