No, you misunderstood. I didn't say anyone was an idiot if they say they do not prefer the way a catback sounds. Hell I hate Magnaflow and its a well received catback here on this board. My point is for the generalized and unfounded hatred towards flowmaster catback that seems present here on this website. My idea was if anyone can preach such an unjustified response and hatred with no actual grounds for such feelings probably isn't the best person to take advice from. There is nothing wrong with the Flowmaster catback to warrant the hate it receives here. Fact.
SLP Dual/Dual sounds good. I love my Hooker CB. Still sounds good when I get on it but quiet enough when idling that cops don't bother me. Paired with a cutout and it's the best of both worlds.

Car is driven 100 percent of the time with the top down and just can't tolerate the sound of the flow master anymore. My magma flow muffler arrived yesterday. Can't wait to put it on
I had SLP LM2 with LTs and no cats.... Dumped at rear axle and it sounded good. Little loud for me, so I went with the SLP DD and love it. Quiet at cruising and great tone at WOT.

If you go SLP the dual/dual or Powerflo is the only options. Don't bother with the LM1 or LM2 unless you want your f body to sound like a dumptruck. I don't care how good anyone says it sounds don't believe it.
