Great idea for a thread, it may prove hard to pull the information altogether.
So many variables to account for...maybe we could capture power levels at 3,000/4,000/5,000/6,000 and then document max power and at which RPM. As said above, we may have a 500RWHP combo which is kind of a dog below 4k RPMs.
As much as I want to consider drag times....I don't think we can. Maybe trap speeds would be more indicative of power and less of the suspension and overall car setup?

It's all in the total combo. Not dollar spent.
