Not that there is anything wrong with the Thunder package, but if you want to save yourself some coin, try this link http://www.ls1camaro.net/sections.ph...ticle&artid=68

Probably not as pretty as the Thunder kit either

I'm not sure, I believe they are a set of custom wires. I think if you search LS1Tech.com, LS1.com, or any other f-body site and you should be able to find it.

Did search. Most say to use a "Cut to Fit" LT1 kit. I dont really want to be bothered with making up the wires. I think I might just buy normal LT1 wires and fudge it. If I flip the coil packs backwards, I should be able to hide the extra wire underneath the cowl.

I saw a pic in Popular Hot Rodding a few months back of an LS1 with the coil packs relocated to the fronts of the wheel wells. It looked great, and seems like it would be easier to work with when it comes time to change the plug wires, as opposed to reaching in near the firewall. Anyone else seen this done?
