what is this? so i found something sticking out of my block (i think?) that i have no clue what it is. almost looks like an oil cooler line but i have no clue here.

Buy a block off plate kit off eBay for $10-$15
The longtube headers you have we're designed to mate back up to the stock system..
But deleting it is a small mod you can do, also cap off the top of the intake manifold where the hose goes into the top near the throttle body..
And remove all those ugly hoses
