what AFR head and cam

what AFR head and cam i want to get a set of heads and cam from afr in the near future
ls1 gto m6
but im just curious as to which cc is the most well rounded
and what cam would match
prefer bigger intake and exhaust
500 at the wheels?
Current mods
90/90 fast
lt headers
2.5 true dual x2 mangnaflow mufflers
possibly tuned
unaware of a aftermarket cam WOT is loud sounds cammed to me(california car so could have an emissions cam)
but the buschur evo x i raced said i didnt have one
we rolled from 20 to 120 and i started to pull him at the top half of 5th and he let off. idk if this helps explain the power im putting down as of now i walked my buddys 350z(just exhaust) and mustang 4.6gt(inake exhaust)
