Alright, here's a option that hasn't been covered yet. Go ahead and get a new FAST 92 intake manifold, and either a FAST 78mmTB adapter(146029-KIT) for around $44, or a CBM #CBM-10708-B tapered adapter for around $90. Then you just use you stock 78mm tb.

BTW, you can also use the FAST TB adapter with the FAST 102 intake manifold.

Wow, I didn't even know this was possible. I have my stock tb port/polished and I also have a bbk 85mm tb that I picked up on a great deal. I guess my question is that say I go w/ a 92 or 102 FAST intake and get one of those adapter plate to go w/ my 78 or 85 tb how much hp/tq would I be losing? Is this type of mod even worth it?

My opinion:

Grab the 90/90 and be done. Over 500hp NA has been made through them no problem. No changing fuel rails, and no changing injectors (until you need to)

Sell what you have now, like the intake, TB, extra TB's, and reap the rewards of a good cheap deal.

Several tuners on here have said the IAC chamber needs ported on them to make them run right consistently.

I would either try to get a lower price on the 90/90 (then you can try it as is and sell the TB if it is junk) or else just get the 92 and a good TB and be done with it.

There will be 0 hp difference. The 92 was a revision to correct some issues such as the MAP sensor fitting loose and a couple other small things. The size of the TB has very little to do with power gains, it is runner shape and plenum volume that make the fast superior, not the opening size (hence why a 102mm intake with a 90mm tb is still an improvement, new runner design)
Well ****, you were right about the FAST 90 TB. I had issues with it for a while now. Got a NW 92mm TB to put on my FAST 90 intake. Hope this fixes my issues.
