Well if it is a highway roll with the stock 3.23s around 60-65mph and put it to the floor and it will kick down to second and flat haul ***. The other sweet spot for mine is around 15-20 mph and it will drop back down to 1st and eat. That's really the only sweet spots I have noticed.

If they're speaking of the TB Bypass.. then it doesn't hurt... Supposedly stops the coolant from heating the air flowing through the throttle body. It was already done to my car when I bought it. Not sure if it helps anything, but every little bit helps..
Like he said, every little bit helps, and is very simple to do. The headers seem to make the car pull harder in the mid to upper power range. After installing them and giving them a few heat cycles, I went out to a long stretch on a country backroad and hit it from around 65. It pulled hard all the way up to 130 when I decided to shut her down. It seems to pull harder at higher speeds than before. The headers will be more beneficial as more mods come in the future.
