can having coolant lines backwards cause a lean condition?

can having coolant lines backwards cause a lean condition? i apologize in advance as this may be a very stupid question but bare with me.
i did a build on my 2000 z for heads cam intake and injectors last summer and could not have it fully tuned due to the entire drivers side running lean, could not having the coolant lines hooked up the correct way cause something like that? im trying to go through every possibility of what could be causing my issues.

yea i replaced the seals twice and also used carb cleaner to see if it was leaking and no change, also replaced my 02 sensors but no change either. only thing i can think of is that its a fuel issure but its weird that it would be the entire drivers side.
sounds like you have an exhaust leak to me......
nothing would fix wit except for fixing the exhaust...
a small leak somewhere before the o2 would show a lean condition on that side...
have a shop smoke the entire exhaust/inatke tract and you will find the leak
they plug the intake, plug the exhaust, and just put smoke thru it...it will come out anywhere there is a leak
