CEL codes pulled, have some questions

CEL codes pulled, have some questions i recently bought a 2000 formula and it has some issues.
ls1, 130k, A4
The CEL has been on steady, no blinking or intermittent flashing.
I pulled the codes and these showed:
po171
po174
po420
po430
po137
po157
i know the 420 and 430 are cat related, and 171 and 174 are lean conditions, vacuum leak, dirty maf? i dont know what the other two are, but any one had all of these codes show up at once? are the cats just toast and thats whats causing these codes in both banks?
also, how great of an impact would these issues have on performance? i bought the car like this and dont really have a baseline to know what the car SHOULD run like.
i plan to just get long tubes, ORY, and delete the EGR and AIR. hopefully that will take care of some of the issue.
any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.
