Deleting the Maf: Direct lid to TB?

Deleting the Maf: Direct lid to TB? I'm running my car in SD and have a MAF that's faulty. I'm wanting to put a boot directly from an SLP lid to the stock LS1 throttle body.
I've searched the local hardware store but haven't found anything suitable to use as a replacement thus far. Can anyone help me either find a pipe made for the delete and the angle, or an extended boot or bellow like the one on the car so it can reach from the TB to the lid?
