i just got mine in the mail this week. i'm very pleased with the quality! very thick flanges, nice welds and just plain great headers for the $$. i even took them to my guy @ a local exaust/tire shop whos gonna do my true duals, and he was looking at them all over, and he asked what brand and i told him, and the guy about fell out! but i love them, cant wait to install them, and would recomend them to anyone in the market for headers! -Jim

Why for the love of G**, would anyone buy dented and/or flattened exhaust parts? Flowtech and now Pacesetter ORY.
Guys does "free flow" mean anything, like ring a bell "Ding" "Ding".
Headers look OK. They are new of course. If I were to buy them, I would get them bare and get the Jet coated or similar.
Not flaming, just I know how it is, not to have enough money to buy quality ones, (Stainless works or QTP). But I'm patient and will not settle for anything less.

You need to read up the flow is the same with the y pipe like that. GM did alot of research on it. Just do a search

and yes, I talked to Fred.
Looks like I am screwed with coated headers now being non coated, false KR, and a Y pipe that sucks.

Well I am sorry. In my case I bought these headers and these where one of the first ones made and I was also part of the reason the revisons were made. This is why, When we put the headers on my car and they did this I reported it to a company that pacesetter does biz with and the owner of that biz told them the issues. I am sorry that you didnt get your header fixed. I have nothing bad to say about pacesetter and they have treated me right due to another business owner helping me out. But my header is so bad the collector bangs on the k member and that is the reason they are sending me a new one. Sorry if I mislead any of you. I thought I would share since this thread came up.

well, i got all of my stuff installed this a minute ago, and i will also clairfy that lm and loungtubes sounds like ****. That why i ordered a spiral flow. But other than the sound i love it, i actually gained ground clearance over stock Y and looks great
