Used fast concerns... Pics inside sugesstions

Used fast concerns... Pics inside sugesstions Picked up a used fast 90 and NW Tb and it has some chips around the two front bolt holes. Each bolt hole and washer looks recessed like it was over torqued, are they made like this or has this one just had the heck torqued out of it?
Help and suggestions needed. I heard it run on the car and it sealed up but bothers me. Is it fixable? I took a pic of the old bolt washer to show how cupped shaped it was.

Yea I think I'm going to do that and also I plan on jb welding/ sanding the chipped one on the front.
No way that was 89 inch pounds lol. But then again I picked this up for about the price of an ls6 so I can't complain.
