Default Am in trouble or not? Valve seals

So i put my hole motor together and was going through some pictures and realized that 3 or 4 of my valve seals arent fully seated . I took lots of pictures luckily and i have a picture of the ones i am talking about. Now there deff on, and on damn near all the way but in the pic you can see a tiny gap between the end of the seal and the guide. Now the issue is the motor is FULLY assembled. Heads torqed down etc. What do you think i should do? Here are the pics _>

I can't tell you if it will cause a problem or not if left alone but you can get an air chuck adapter to pressurize the cylinder and remove the valve spring and carefully seat the seals if you want to fix it without removing the heads.

thats my other fear. i dont have any of those tools. i have only the spring compressor where you need to take the heads off. Ive seen pics of other engine builds and there similar but still freaks me out.

they are NOT fully seated. You run the risk of the spring retainer hitting the seal depending on how much lift you are running...bad things happen from there.

You SHOULD be able to push them on all the way without much difficulty.
