Cannot Get the Exhaust Hanger Bracket Around Hanger. Yes, this is as ridiculous as the title would suggest.
In short, I cannot get the hanger bracket around the 90 degree bend of the exhaust hanger. I have used so much force that at one point I thought I was going to break the hanger weld at the exhaust pipe. This exhaust system has been less than pleasant to deal with (the clamps that were included were total garbage). Any help with this would be appreciated.
You can't see it in the picture, but the hanger basically stops at the bottom of the bracket, making it impossible to make the turn around the hanger bend.
