Default Car shakes a bit at idle plus more

Soo my c6 feels a bit "off", it shakes more than it use to at idle, random minor "popping" at idle, minor 1-2k hesitation while accelerating and sometimes the car will rev to about 900 when coming to a stop in neutral then come back down to normal idle on its own (650ish). All the car has is headers, vararam and tune. And all this happened months after the tune and the tune has been looked at multiple times so it's not that.

Changed MAF
Changed MAP sensor
Changed motor mounts
Changed header gaskets
Changed both 02 extensions
Changed plugs multiple times
Changed plug wires
Seafoamed it
Put my stock intake on to check if it was the vararam
Sprayed it with carb cleaner to check for vacuum leaks...

And still no luck.. Any ideas?

I'm having the same idle issue when coming to a stop. My car is a4. I can't find the problem either. I've checked everything and for vaccum leaks.

One thing I haven't checked is the intake manifold gaskets and the vacuum lines behind the manifold.

As you guys said, possible vac leak ? I would also inspect the PCV hoses for cracks, its a common vac leak area as the car ages.
