LS6 TB on LQ9 engine (DBW)

LS6 TB on LQ9 engine (DBW) I have a 2002 LQ9 engine with LS6 intake and Corvette serpentine. I running the LQ9 TB but it does not fit so well since it interfer with the belt tensioner. Therefore I would like to swap to the LS6 TB which is mirrored of the LQ9. Unfortunately it does not work. When swithing on the ignition the blade goes from full closed to full open, back to closed and then it does not react. I guess that is something to do with the TPS which also is mirrored. Someone who have experince with this task? My TPS are wiring as following:
A = 416 (5V Ref)
B = 452 (Low Ref)
C = 485 (Sensor 1 signal)
D = 1688 (5v Ref)
E = 1704 (Low ref)
F = 486 (Sensor 2 signal)

Good news is both the 02 corvette and 02 LQ9 use the same 411 ecu.
You'll have to dig through the wiring diagrams to find differences. I've got a hard copy of the 02 LQ9 if you need it. Here's a good place to start:

What I don't know is if the TB swap involves any reprogramming.
