Need help finding this bracket!!!!

Does anyone know the part # for this throttle cable bracket or does anyone have a link to a place where i can buy it. ITS FOR A 6.0L TRUCK INTAKE

im in california how much would it coast to ship to 92377?

I think $5.00 should handle USPS costs.
But I'm out of town right now and won't be able to ship until next Tuesday.
