What is this under dash plug (98 to 99+ harness conversion)

What is this under dash plug (98 to 99+ harness conversion) Like the title states I am not sure what this under dash plug is for from the engine harness. The other two plugs were obvious but this one from the under dash wiring appears to have nothing to plug in to. Is this just deleted from the new harness?
