Great experience with SJM Manufacturing. I just wanted to throw this out there; a great company deserves praise.
After pulling the interior of my car out for cleaning, I accidentally broke one of the switches attached to the SJM line lock kit. I called SJM that night, and spoke with Steve, who had no problem with sending me a replacement switch for seven bucks shipped. Unfortunately, I never received the part. It made it's way into the hands of my worthless excuse for a neighbor instead, who made no effort to contact me, and must have just thrown it out. Nevertheless, Steve told me he would send me another switch free of charge.
