MAP Sensor Issues

Just got my car back together and I am having some issues with the MAP sensor not being able to get a reading. I bought the car as a roller and the body harness looked in good shape before I installed my new motor and trans. The map connector is getting full power and has good ground, but can not get any reading in the middle pin. I tried two different PCMs as well and both received no reading from the MAP on my hptuners. Does anyone have any ideas what could cause this before I go ripping harnesses back out? Or anything else I should test?

Forgot to mention I tried two different MAP sensors as well that were both working on other cars before put on.

Try to move the connector for the MAP while it is plugged in and see if the reading changes.

Make sure pins are all the way in the connector. Ping both ends of the wires.

Map was reading good all the way to the ecm so it was hptuners not getting it from there. Decided to take the multimeter to the old port and found that the purple serial data line was getting a weird intermittent signal, so I believe that is the issue.
