Surging when slightly accelerating to maintain speed

Surging when slightly accelerating to maintain speed My GTO LS1 with fly-by-wire rpm, slightly, bounces up and down while crusing. Thought it was the fuel filter so i changed that but it sisnt solve the perblem. Spark plug leads and spark plugs are only 3 months old. What could it be due to?
The video is a bit shaky but you can clearly see what i'm talking about.
It happens between 0:09-0:16 secs and 0:53-1:01 secs
