What's a good radiator cleanser?

What's a good radiator cleanser? I need something to remove some gunk and sludge out of my radiator, got any good recommendations for products that are successful in doing this?
The only really effective way is to take it to a radiator shop.
I can't recommend anything else really because none of the stuff seems to work.

Yeah, radiator shops that use a high pressure flushing machine seem to cause more problems than they fix.. i say just get it good in hot. then after its safe take the cap off and a hose and flush it with water for about 15minutes
I personally would recommend against just flushing with plain tap water due to the mineral content.
There is also chlorine and other chemicals present in tap water that are not good for the materials present in a cooling system.
