Need help with headers and cats
Need help with headers and cats My car has eibach sportline lowering springs. I Want to install tsp 1 7/8 stainless steel headers but don't know if headers will be too low. Would it be better to just get rid of the cats. I already have muffler delete on car.
Headers won't be too low, you'll be fine. What Y will you use? Or will it be duals?
Personally I'd get the TSP as a complete set. Frustration will be your biggest enemy. It'll take time to get everything lined up and tucked the way you want it. I HIGHLY suggest a strap wrench so you can twist the joints while it's together to get it how you want it.
On a second note, it's well known the Eibachs aren't great at all. Id be on the lookout for either some Stranos or BMR's. They'll drop the car but also provide you with a performance upgrade as well. It's a fairly drastic difference.
