Speed engineering Headers Just want to put it out there, these were by far the easiest longtubes I have ever installed. They fit great too!
These were the 1 7/8 race version.
For as cheap as they are you can't go wrong.

are they stainless i mean the price is killer …and what true dual exhaust did you run i want one that goes all the way out the back no dumped and it seems like only kooks have one but its to much darn money and it says it only fits there headers

Verdad Gallardo They are stainless. I bought the phab true duals off of ebay. Total pain in the ***. All the flared ends were oval shaped. They dumped before the axle. Only ones I've seen that go all the way are kooks. As far as kooks only fitting their exhaust, I had kooks 1 7/8 long tubes on a previous car and the pacesetter y pipe fit them fine. Just saying they come out near where all the others do.
Glad to hear that these are a good buy. Had a figment issue with the ones on my LT1...can't remember the brand. Intermediate steering shaft didn't have enough clearance. Speed Engineering's have enough room?

I would like to second this, I will order this weekend if they do indeed have the velocity stack. This would be a great upgrade over my 1 3/4 steel headers I have now.
Yeah, the velocity spike is a very nice touch. If I know the headers I order will come with the velocity spike, I'll order today. I've been needing to upgrade my 1 3/4 headers for some time now. No better time than now.
Lol, yes we have velocity spikes on 1 7/8" LS1 Longtubes, and 99-06 1 3/4" Trucks. Cant remember if our latest batch of 1 3/4" 07-13 trucks have them or not. I would have to check. Eventually all of them will have spikes yes.

We do have 1 7/8" 99-06 trucks in production however. We should be getting a batch of those in probably 1-2 months. They will fit the 07+ 2wd trucks as well, but not 4wd or Awd 07+.
