Harmonic balancer

Should I upgrade or will the stocker be fine? If i'm gonna upgrade I'd rather do it during the cam swap. Car will be N/A around 500rwhp.

Get an ATI and be done with it. 10% UD. It's what's on the shelf going on my 2004 C5

Exactly my thoughts. Can you verify the I am looking at the correct part. 10% UD ATI 4 rib for use with A/C # 917278

Mine is 917276 and it is for use with A/C. Just bought a blem off ebay a week or two ago on ATI's ebay page for $249 with free shipping. Comes with ATI warranty. Unless you have a show car or something this is the best way to go. Their scratch/blem stuff has no effect on performance, merely minor cosmetic defects.

I got one as a scratch and blem as well, looks perfect to me! I got part number 917276, which is made with hub# 916031, shell# 917071-44, and rear pulley# 916732. They didn't have one on the bay when I was looking for mine, so I just contacted them directly and they were able to put one together for me.

Thanks for the input and for verifying that part number I'm gonna check ebay for a scratch and blem first but I plan to pull the trigger on this tonight regardless.
