Another bypass question...can I tap into the....

So I have a '98 LS1 in my first gen RX7. The car is up and running but now I am questioning the advice of a friend:

I routed the passenger side throttlebody coolant hose into a heater hose.

Will this create any cooling issues?

I understand the typical mod now after researching but if I don't have to change my setup I would prefer not to.

I wouldn't give it too much worry, if the throttle body ices up then you will need to move it. Its only function is to keep the throttle body free from ice in cold weather. You'll know it if it ices up.
