injector AC voltage negative wire Hello;
Hopefully someone can help me out here. I'm trying to install an alarm/pushbutton start system in my jeep where put a 2004 LQ4. The push button works and starts the engine but the problem is that is does not know the engine is started thus I can't turn it off.
According to the pushbutton starting system the system reads a 3v ac signal from an injector and calibrates itself, knows the engine is started an thus can also turn it off.
I did some measurements and all i get ia abouy 1.8V AC at idle speed and goes up is i rev the engine. is 1.8V normal? anyone has a possible solution? I'm going nuts here...
