Materials and tools for header install
. So far I have new MSD 8.5mm wires and the O2 sensor extensions, I have a 98 with 02 headers so I need to delete the EGR and AIR. I need to still get gaskets, new bolts, and spark plugs, that I know of. Is this everything I need and what kind of plugs do you guys recomend on this? What kind of tools will I need as well? TIA fellas.

That's all I can think of, just be prepared for the odd and in crap, broken/striped O2, possible exhaust shop to fix/line up everything, etc. Give yourself a lot of time.
I dont trust myself due to my lack of tools for something like that.

On the Kooks headers you remove the oil filter, the oil diverter (2 10mm bolts I beleive) and disconnect the steering shaft; get the car high enough so you can get the flang of the header perpendicular to the ground, stick and turn. The driver's header will slip right in. You might have to jack up or lower the tranny crossmember, I don't remember which we did (been a while).
Yes, we had to undo the passenger coil pack rail and move it up.
Other brands of headers maybe different.
