Need help! LS1 sparking at valve covers

My z28 that I use for a daily has started running rough in the past day or 2. I opened the hood tonight to check if any of the plug wires were loose or cut in 2, and noticed almost every coil pack/ area on the passenger side was arcing to the valve cover. It comes and goes as if there is a bad ground also. Any of you all know where to start looking for possible issues, bad coil, ground to valve cover or engine? Any help is appreciated.

how old are the plugs and plug wires?

80,000 on msd wires, 30,000 on plugs
