Default LQ9 in 04 V...need help

I have a 3.3L whipple on my ls6 and im looking to go for a lq9 block and building it up for boost. I was just reading up on doing the swap and i came across a thread saying im gonna need to make an adapter plate for my motor mounts. Im not sure if this is just for the older style lq9 or if the new ones need it to. From everything ive read everything seems to bolt right up. Until i came accross this bs. Any info would be greatly appreciated..

theirs a few threads on people making mounts for the swap. to go from a 6 bolt mount to 4 bolt. they dont specify the generation of the iron blocks. Have you done this swap b4?
