Yes, a family member tried 'em & I pulled 'em when they called me to help fix the miss-fire that was causing their check engine light.
They do make for a decent gear head Christmas tree ornament.

I installed them in my 2004 Tahoe LT back in 08ish..... Within a few hundred miles the 5.3 Vortex started to idle rough, followed by a misfire on a few of the cylinders. Took them out, installed AC Delcos- Never had an issue again!!
Since then I've never given them a second chance. I run NGK TR55's in my 02 SLP SS Camaro and my Trailblazer SS.
