Default exhaust sizing

I have a Ls1 with ls6 intake manifold 243 heads TS tourqer V4 cam 1 3/4 long tubes. I am swapping the ls motor into a diff car and It currently has a 3 in non catted exhaust that is nice system. I plan on keeping the car non catted. is 3in enough or is it choking the motor.. do i need to go to 2.5 duals?

Was that setup in a f-body before? If so it likely had a 3" exhaust. That should work fine

sorta (low mile ls1 from a fbody I am just adding some lil cheap go fast parts 36# injectors cam the heads intake IR oil pan baffle ect.) im building going into a bmw e36 track car. the exhaust was on the motor it has now its true 3 in all the way nice mandrel bends it was expensive and since it is already there it would be no problem to run the headers to what i currently have.

Sounds ok to me. You may pick up a tad by bumping up in size but it probably won't be much.
