Default Steam vent connections

Hey guys my question is does my steam vent lines have to plumbed into the water pump or radiator or can I just run a connection to hook all of the ports together? Thanks in advance

Run them to either the water pump or the radiator, don't just hook them all together.

It would be the same thing as blocking them off. Coolant does circulate through those pipes when everything is hooked up to the radiator or water pump. Hook up all 4 corners of the heads as well.
