Belt Noise (after initial checks)
New tensioner, new tensioner pulley(s) all new bearing(s), new belt, all new EXCEPT Power Steering Pump, Alternator, Water Pump, Harmonic Balancer (Crank).
Alignment visually checked by 3 mechanics that all said no its not an alignment issue. I would like to later check with laser though, since it's only visual.....
All 4 above accessories spin free too. Spray of water instantly quiets belt, as does getting engine hot, but noise is very loud and obvious at high rpm.
Noise came up quick but doesn't fit any of the standard things, any ideas??? It isn't a pulley only a belt noise. Is it a dragging accessory or a misaligned pulley?
Greatly appreciating any thoughts, multiple mechanics stumped. Thanks guys. Anything and everything is welcomed outside of what I tried already, thanks!

Have you cleaned each pulley? I've had good success by hitting them with a brush and dish soap, rinsing, then rag with rubbing alcohol. Don't use belt dressings, ever.
I'd try the above with a brand new belt if I were you.
