Arrow Part Identification Help

I am giving away a ypipe (that someone gave to me for free at least 3 years ago) and was asked some questions about it and am not sure of the answers

Does anyone know what y pipe is pictured below? I have a guess but am looking for confirmation.

Also, does it work with TSP headers? I dont think so, but again, I am looking for confirmation.

Thank you

The SLP comes in 2 pieces (the longer side), so that's not it.
