Default LQ4 Injector Question

Im building a 68 Chevelle with a s475 turbo, I need some injectors to fuel this thing, I was thinking the Fast 87lbs injectors
Amazon.com: FAST 30859-8 Precision-Flow 87.8 lb/hr 960.8cc/min High-Impedance Fuel Injector for LS2, (Set of 8): Automotive Amazon.com: FAST 30859-8 Precision-Flow 87.8 lb/hr 960.8cc/min High-Impedance Fuel Injector for LS2, (Set of 8): Automotive
or Siemens Deka 80lbs injectors,
Amazon.com: Siemens Deka 80lb/hr EV1 Injectors FI114992 (Set of 8): Automotive Amazon.com: Siemens Deka 80lb/hr EV1 Injectors FI114992 (Set of 8): Automotive

Now my question is will these work on my engine with the truck manifold? My buddy helping me with the build was saying something about how those injectors wont work due to the manifold and I might also need new fuel rails. Any thoughts on this?

Also, anyone else have a suggestion or comment on these injectors?

Most guys run the Siemens. I think Matt Happel (Denmah) has a part # for those on his commonly bought parts thread.
