That's not too crazy I'd like to keep it under 2000 including the switches and fuel system. I have the stock fuel pump right now but would like to get the 255 in there by Spring. 42lb injectors came with the crate motor but I would definitely have it tuned on the dyno for a wet shot.
Couple of guys around here run nitrous and have blown their motors which discourages me a bit from using it.

I've ran nitrous on a couple of my rides now, and can tell you from personal experience it's no more dangerous than a blower or turbo when setup right. Problem is that nitrous is so easy and cheap to do, and some will not do it right because of that. If done right you have no worries

I think I need to give Nitrous Outlet a call soon and do it all right the first time. I have almost everything ready to handle it except the stock driveshaft, which I used a conversion joint to hook up to the 9".

If you're not the kind of person who needs the extra power all the time then nitrous is perfect IMO. In this case it really makes nitrous the best possible bang for your buck

It's a 10 lb bottle. On the street a bottle lasts surprisingly long. When you consider most of your street races aren't a full 1/4 mile it makes sense that it will last a while. Most guys running a 100 shot on a 10 lb bottle will get about 7-8 good full passes before the bottle gets so low that it can't maintain good pressure
