Eo/ic LS2 Harland Sharp 1.7's on a 227/235 cam .614/.621 lift....just wanna make sure this is correct before I turn it over...#1 TDC on Combustion stroke to be on base circle...finger tighten to 0 lash and got 1-1/4 turns to 22 ft lb tq on rocker bolt...this is correct right? I've done it literally 10x and just wanna make sure this is correct....

Thats roughly .100 preload. It's about .080 per turn not the original .047 spec that's floating around. What lifters? I'm running slightly more then that on LS7s and have had no issues.

Yea, I have a brand new set of LS7's sittin in a box, uncertain of lifters in there now other than it was a race built motor, so I'll assume LS7 in there now...no issues with the lifters with factory rockers and 7.450 PR's, using same PR's with HR rollers...everything moves like butter as it sits now
