How difficult is it?

To remove the Intermediate pipe from the y pipe from my 2000 Camaro SS? its the stock exhaust system. I have the SLP LM1 waiting to be installed in a few weeks.

Pb blaster and a rubber mallet worked for me.

I used a torch to heat it while twisting and moving the stock exhaust back and forth. Took a little doing but it separated without any damage to either pipe.

Only hard part id say is getting it all lined up but overall its easy.

I cut the exhaust before the hump....then moved the pipe connected to the y-pipe and after like 2 minutes I wiggled it off!!!! So happy it was easy!!!
